Can I return my order?

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return, at your expense, the products ordered, for repayment..

You will not be able to return the items if the delivered products have been used, have been damaged, have missing parts, or whose labels have been removed.

We have 30 days to make the refund via the payment method used during the purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?

We deliver in France and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated according to the country of destination at the time of shopping. For more information, see our T&Cs.


What is the delivery delay ?

KOTCH&THEGANG ships your order within 1 to 3 working days except during exceptional periods. Once the parcel (colissimo) has been dispatched, the delivery time depends on the destination. According to Colissimo, for a package sent to France, delivery can take between 2 to 4 days. In Europe, between 3 and 7 days. In the rest of the world between 4 to 15 days depending on the country of destination. For more information, see the T&Cs.


What are the shipping fees ?

 Shipping costs are calculated according to the country of destination. Fees are calculated at checkout.

Any taxes, customs and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once payment has been made. However, you have a period of 15 days to return the items to us.

Where are your kid’s clothes made?

All our production is made in France.


What should I do if my order is held up in customs?

In this case, you must contact the transporter/carrier. Please take into account that you may have to pay additional fees or duties for the package to be delivered. They may also ask you for other types of personal information that only you can provide.
