Can I return my order?<\/b><\/p>\n

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return, at your expense, the products ordered, for repayment..<\/p>\n

You will not be able to return the items if the delivered products have been used, have been damaged, have missing parts, or whose labels have been removed.<\/p>\n

We have 30 days to make the refund via the payment method used during the purchase.<\/p>\n

What is the delivery delay ?<\/b><\/p>\n

KOTCH&THEGANG ships your order within 1 to 3 working days except during exceptional periods. Once the parcel (colissimo) has been dispatched, the delivery time depends on the destination. According to Colissimo, for a package sent to France, delivery can take between 2 to 4 days. In Europe, between 3 and 7 days. In the rest of the world between 4 to 15 days depending on the country of destination. For more information, see the T&Cs.<\/p>\n

 Shipping costs are calculated according to the country of destination. Fees are calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n
